 Vencom Property Partners acts as an investor, developer, asset, and property manager in the Nordic countries. Investments are primarily made in partnership with institutional investors. Vencom is active in different property segments such as office, retail, light industrial, warehouse and logistics. As a consequence of an extensive knowledge and experience from the retail industry Vencom has successfully developed and actively managed retail related investments and projects over time.
